All people and teams want to be successful. But, why few people are and many not? The reason is not about their capability, it is about their level of awareness.
I have been working in the software industry for more than 20 years and now I am a PST (Professional Scrum Trainer) with Scrum.org. I have experienced a lot of teams but have always seen that there was something missing to be successful.
To understand the missing part, I have invested a lot in it for a long time. The missing part was attitude. I’ve become aware that success is a process and works by law not luck. Moreover, it is repeatable and teachable.
You just need to increase your awareness of how our mind works and how we think, feel, and act. So, I have decided to combine two concepts of Scrum and Attitude helping people and teams to create a new identity that is aware of the success and goal-achieving process.
You can use it in your Scrum Team and also in your personal life. Indeed, it is an investment that you can benefit from for your lifetime.
The final word is that my coaching program is not for everyone. Because although the process is simple, it is not easy. Therefore, you first need to make an irrevocable committed decision by yourself that you are willing to do whatever it takes, no matter what.
